For years I taught weight loss classes where I learned to help people discover and dissolve the emotional drivers of their painful, and unwanted behaviors.
I was born to do this work and I absolutely love it.
Each session is created and tailored to your needs.
I record the parts of the session that you mind needs to hear to change. You receive an mp3 recording via email, or I hand you a CD at the end of the session.
