Are You Diet Tired?
Maybe you can’t take a year to travel like Elizabeth Gilbert in Eat, Pray and Love, but you can join me in changing your inner dialogue.
You may be afraid that you will never win the battle. You can.
Maybe you have given up and stopped trying.
Maybe you act like you don’t care.
You’re not alone.
Most of us wish we could hire a trainer, a cook, and all we had to do is show up. And if you can afford all of that and a sojourn across the world, that’s great, but for everyone else, there is another way.

Dear Lisa,
“I am dancing with joy. My life is so good.” Louise Hay
The funny thing about this is that I am dancing with joy inside. Your last hypnosis was very effective, and unless I’m leaving the house, I’m getting up and packing without being bugged. Even in the evenings, when I would normally relax and veg on the couch, I feel like getting up and packing.
I just feel lighter and air-y-er inside and out, as I’m sorting through and getting rid of things. I even recognize, and look forward to getting rid of more as I unpack in my new place. And all off this without panic. I haven’t taken any panic pills since our appointment.
I can’t even begin to describe the feeling that I have that I am sloughing away all these unnecessary parts of myself that I just no longer need. And it has been very easy. Things that I have had great emotional attachments to for many years, I feel no need to keep, and as I put them in the give-away box, I have no temptation, or emotional tug, to take them back.
This is all just such a wonderfully fabulous feeling. I know that I am the one that had been doing the work — tho it doesn’t feel like it, it feels more like a switch got flipped in my brain — you have been absolutely instrumental, and integral to my success. So I want to say THANK YOU!!!!
J
