OVERVIEW: I am offer my weight loss expertise to a limited number of individuals in a workshop package. This is for a select few who are savvy, and yet continue to struggle with erratic eating patterns and the emotional burden of unwanted weight.

As a Lighten Up!weight loss instructor, for many years my focus was helping people identify and clear the subconscious reasons and behaviors that keep them in the frustrating cycle of gaining and losing weight. My specialty is in helping you identify and clear those subconscious patterns.
ABOUT WEIGHT GAIN: You may think you just like to eat, or you don’t have enough discipline. People with eating issues are often rebellious. We do not want to be told what to do!! And yet, with every program out there, you are told what to do. Sooner or later, you dig in your heels and don’t do it.

I personally do not like to follow other people’s rules. And yet, I managed to take off baby weight over twenty years ago and keep it off. I was a binge eater.
I have helped many others change behaviors and belief systems that were far more entrenched than my own. I do not offer a cookie cutter solution to your particular patterns of behavior. While there are common patterns in dysfunctional eating, each of us is a little different. My experience allows me to tune into and help you change what you may not be able to articulate.
You probably well understand what to do to feel better. I guide you as you move past your own blocks, because that is where you need let go of old patterns of thinking. Not someone to tell you to just buckle down and be a little tougher.

This highly-discounted offer includes twelve private sessions, designed to your specific needs. A portion of each session will be sent to you for your repeated use.
