Emotional Healing for Grieving and Loss CD

More about this CD

If you or someone you care about is grieving a loss, this CD provides a time to go within and realize the amazing healing power that is within you.

Grieving is a process that is well worth your time and loving attention, so that you may move on with hope.

We do not tend to think of fat and grief in the same sentence, but experience has taught me that they often are very closely linked. We often subconsciously reach for food for comfort.

I have helped many people, who have for years buried their grief with eating, without even realizing they were doing it.

As a culture, we have a “just get up and do it attitude,” which is great, but the downside can be never learning to acknowledge and heal our own feelings around loss.

The result of denying our sadness, is to desperately fly-swat at all of the symptoms caused by unacknowledged loss.

This hypnosis, Emotional Healing for Loss and Grief,  is about feeling better. People have told me that they have listened to it over and over, and then they put it away.

I was thinking of the ubiquitous underwear marked with the days of the week; my client was thinking of the Monday through Friday nine to five life.  The magical shift […]
  • Quinoa, Lima Bean and Beet Salad
This is not really a recipe. This is intuitive. You toss it together to please your taste buds and give your tummy that happy, satisfied feeling. And we love that to be easy, right? This salad was inspired by “Oh my gosh, Robert is here and I want to feed him something delicious and he […]
  • Thinking Turned Upside Down!
In Seattle man teaches people to run barefoot to PREVENT injuries. This has been under the radar for awhile, but there it was in the daily paper, followed by pictures of people in Detroit replacing pavement with gardens. What? Running without shoes and planting paradise over pavement? Fifteen years ago, the belief to “Stop dieting, […]
